Simon entered Arncliffe real estate in 1986 completeing his Real Estate and Auctioning Licensing course in 1988. Simon took over the leadership of the office in April 1991 and Simon Mandile First National was born.

Simon is also a registered Valuer and now with over 20 years experience in the local area is able to advise his clientel on how to achieve the best result in today's market.Simon is married and a proud parent of three daughters and one son.
